BIO

Ms. Marsteiner is an attorney specializing in the field of workers’ compensation, and has been with the Law Offices of Hinden & Breslavsky for the last three years. Ms. Marsteiner has been practicing law for seven years, the first three of which were spent in civil litigation, in the areas of environmental law, construction defect, employment law, legal and medical malpractice, and personal injury, both on the side of the plaintiff and the defendant. Ms. Marsteiner is certified to practice law in California, both in State and Federal Court, and has specialized in workers’ compensation for the last four years.
