Joseph Rosales has been helping the injured worker since late 1988. Initially as a legal assistant, quickly thereafter a Paralegal and Hearing Representative. Mr. Rosales attended Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, CA, and has a diploma in Computer Administration from Watterson College, and a diploma in Graphic Arts and Web Design. Mr. Rosales plans on completing his law studies and to continue serving the injured worker.
